Advisory Board

Sports Venues of Florida, Inc., a public company that trades under the stock symbol (BTHR:Pink) has formed Shadow Gaming, Inc. Shadow Gaming hereinafter referred to as “The Company” has a goal of becoming a preeminent global leader in the eSports market. It is the intent of the Company to be actively engaged in the formation of including but not limited to; sponsorship of tournaments, owner of tournaments, platform developer, and sponsor of top tier players and virtually every aspect of the eSports arena. 

We realize the need to get players across all major gaming platforms engaged to assist us in making decisions that will enhance, not only the eSports space but player experience. Our goal is to become the “Players” Company. We want to be on the forefront of technological developments that enhance the players experience while appealing to a broad spectrum of potential viewers, advertisers and spectators drawing them to become as fanatic about eSports as they are about their favorite NFL, NBA, MLB or Collegiate team. 

We know the eSports market is growing over 35% per year and in the not too distant future will become a multi-billion dollar industry. In order to become a preeminent global leader in this space we need young, bright, enthusiastic and committed players to join our team to initially serve on our advisory board. An advisory board member will assist management with a wide cross section of decisions. We will seek advisory board members opinions on virtually every aspect of our business including but not limited to merchandising, branding Shadow Gaming on a worldwide basis, what tournaments we need to start with and what size prize pools, how to attract top tier players from around the world to wear our brand, who we should sponsor and who we should pass on. 

Initially advisory board members will not be compensated but provided they add value and contribute when we need them, some of you select individuals will eventually earn cash, merchandise, sponsorships and even stock in the parent company. If you agree to become a valued advisory board member you will need to agree Sports Venues of Florida, Inc., and the Company can use your name and your player name for the purposes of issuing press releases for use on our website and for other promotional purposes. In addition you will need to agree to wear our merchandise when supplied to you and you will agree we can publish your photo along with your gaming bio on our website and other promotional materials the Company may publish or distribute. 

As an advisory member you are not bound to any certain period of time of service and you may submit your desire to resign at any time. We would like you to commit to a minimum of six months and we would prefer a year of your time. The Company has the right to terminate your roll on our advisory board if it is discovered you have been convicted of a criminal act, been involved with drugs or the drug trade, or if your public persona, social media presence is determined to be at the Company’s discretion, inappropriate or would shed a negative light on the Company. The Company has the right to monitor all of your social media pages to ensure your posts are within the standards set by the company as appropriate. You will be required to supply all of your social media identities. The Company is only interested in individuals who are of the highest moral and ethical character and those who conduct themselves as responsible citizens of the planet. We will not tolerate racism of any kind. We expect our members to be respectful of others regardless of their faith, race, religion or lack thereof, national origin, sexual preference or disability. The Company will not tolerate any type, form or style of bullying!

If you agree to become a valued member of our Advisory Board you will need to supply a one paragraph bio that focuses on your gaming experience, your level of expertise, what games are you proficient in and what game would you consider yourself competitive. Please highlight any and all tournaments you have entered and how you preformed. If you are currently under contract with a sponsor you must get their permission to join our advisory board. If you are a minor, you must get your parent or legal guardian to sign this document below your signature and your legal guardian must call John V. Whitman Jr., Sports Venues Chairman and Shadow Gaming’s founder at (516)375-6649 for verification and validation that they approve of your involvement. You must supply a head shot JPEG and a photo ID.
